At Satorisan, we want you to walk comfortably in your new shoes; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We ensure a seamless process to help you find the soul-soothing quality and comfort you expect from our craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
